The ask

The club's personal training program was steady at about $12K to $13K in recurring monthly revenue. They wanted a six-week challenge to push it higher.

What we built

Meta campaigns feeding an automated smart booking agent that put every interested lead on the schedule for a club visit. Members paid for the challenge in three installments.

How we got paid

Per verified walk-in. A simple geo check confirmed each lead arrived at the club, so form fills that never showed up cost the club nothing. Closing stayed with the fitness manager.

The result

Recurring training revenue reached $34K during the 1.5 months the campaign ran. More than 12% of challenge clients then signed 12 to 18 month programs worth $3,500 to $4,500 each.

What it means for you

Pay for people
who show up.

If your sale happens in person, a form fill is a weak measure of success. A lead who never walks in costs you twice: once for the ad, and again for the time your staff spends chasing them.

At the Rolling Meadows club we tied our pay to a geo check that confirmed each lead arrived. That kept the whole campaign pointed at the number that pays the bills: people through the door who can be signed.
